Chicken Breast Stuffed with Artichokes - You will impress your family tonight with this dish! Boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to a ¼ inch thickness, and then generously stuffed with a savory blend of marinated artichoke hearts, herbed cream cheese, chopped green onions, Italian-style bread crumbs and fresh lemon.
Burgundy Pork Tenderloin - YUM! Delicious pork tenderloin marinated and baked in a red wine sauce with onions and celery until tender.  Slice and top with homemade burgundy gravy.  A dinner that is easy for the family and will impress for that perfect Valentine's Day or any day meal!
Chicken Cordon Bleu - This French classic is made simple. Six (full) or three (half) boneless, skinless chicken breast stacked with layers of lean ham, Swiss cheese and a creamy Dijon sauce, ready for you to bake to a golden brown. You will have a scrumptious dinner your family can enjoy together!

Arroz con Pollo - This delicious Latin-American dish is sure to become a family favorite!  Loaded with tender strips of all white chicken fajita meat, Mexican rice, black beans, sweet corn, garlic and more!  Wrap in your own flour tortillas and you will have a meal worthy of seconds! 
Shepherd’s Pie ~ A kid favorite!  Lean ground beef baked in a rich sauce together with a mixture of carrots, corn and peas then topped with mashed potatoes and baked to a golden brown.  Your kids will be licking their plates! 
Grilled Hawaiian Chicken- Six (full) or three (half) boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in the sweetness of pineapple juice, soy sauce, fresh ginger, minced garlic and a touch of honey. Chicken Divan - Looking for something easy and simple for dinner?  Tender chunks of diced chicken layered with fresh broccoli flowerets mixed together in a creamy chicken sauce, then topped with seasoned bread crumbs and cheddar cheese. This meal has everything you need for a delicious dinner!
Heavenly Delight Bars - Layers of golden graham crackers, semi-sweet chocolate chips, flaky coconut and sweetened condensed milk that come together to create a mouth-watering dessert everyone is sure to enjoy!  Perfect to show your family how sweet they are!  YUMMY! ($15 for full/split or $7.50 for half order)

Then baked to a golden brown and served with quick mix country-style gravy which we provide. This dish is one your kids will be begging for seconds!    
Peanut Chicken with Broccoli ~ This Asian inspired dish is packed with flavor!  Tender pieces of chicken ready to be stir-fried at home in a flavorful sauce accented with minced garlic, ginger and soy sauce then tossed together with fresh broccoli flowerets and garnished with a side of peanuts.  Includes a side of Jasmine rice.     

Calzones -  Four (full) or two (half) generously stuffed calzones, filled the way you like!  Choose from crumbled sausage, pepperoni, diced ham, onions, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese and more.  Serve with a side of our home-made marinara sauce.
